Rescue Division Manager

Qualifications

Work experience:

At least three years of experience in managing management.

Demonstrate the ability in field work preferably with experience in designing and managing complex locations and rapidly changing operating environments.

Good general knowledge of administration, finance, HR, social work and analysis.

Strong financial management and budgeting skills.

Able to plan work and analyze data well. 

Highly organized, with strong task prioritization skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good MS Office skills; Excel and database skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in English and Thai.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required; advanced professional certification in highly desired management and social work

Equivalent combination of education and direct experience will be considered.

Salary

Starting from 20,000 baht or as agreed

Working Environment:

The position will be based in the DR office in Chiang rai, some field trips are required.
