Project Assistant

 PROJECT ASSISTANT

Level: E1

 

Duration: 3 months fixed-term (April- June 2021 with possibility of extension subjected to funding)

 

Location: Bangkok

What we are looking for:

Our Project Assistant will require to be exceptional, dedicated, and highly motivated professional, with a strong commitment to Oxfam's values and beliefs with the following qualification and competencies:

  • Coordinate with CSO partners and stakeholders
  • Lead in administrative and logistic preparation for workshops, meetings and events
  • Feed in ideas to support development of project activity and work plan
  • Closely work with Project Coordinator on budget planning, payment and grant to partner e.g. budget estimation for meetings, workshops and/or events.
  • Ensure smooth procurement and payment process
  • Prepare activity report and notes from workshops, meetings and events, as well as gather relevant information and maintain registration
  • Facilitate the development and collecting of database from workshops and/or events to support project evaluation
