Data Collection Officer (Part time/ Enumerator Vacancy)

The Data Collection Officer (DCO) will provide support to ITDF in area of data collection and entry, including evaluation data and translation of surveys questions. The DCO will be given opportunities to practice skills in monitoring, data collection, reporting, and evaluation and organizational management.

Reporting to:

Report Directly to Program Activities Advisor, under the supervision of Program Activities Advisor

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare survey forms and translate English to Thai vice versa

• Conduct baseline, mid-term, & end line surveys with individuals and household through face-to-face interview

• Assist Program Advisor in monitoring and evaluation field work (interview individuals& households for impact stories including survey)

• Compile surveys (Scan surveys) and enter data into database for data analysis

• Assist Program Activities Advisor in preparing and facilitating workshop and training

• Compile training/ workshop evaluation forms (make a scan) and enter data into database for result analysis

• Enter database

• Assist project managers in data preparation and database if needed

• Make scan of documents and forms for keeping track of the files when required

• Perform other task requested by ITDF Director and Program Activities Advisor

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in social science and Development Studies, or related field

• Able to read and write Thai and English

• Knowledge of Development Approach and practices and Hill Tribe context

• Flexible with multicultural working environment

• Experience in paper translation work

• Experience in database program (excel or SPSS is preferred)

• Christianity

• Ethnic background is preferred, but not required

เงินเดือน 10,000 บาท + ประกันสังคม + เงินสะสม+ ประกันชีวิต

คุณสมบัติ

1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาเอกคณิตศาสตร์/ประถมศึกษา/ปฐมวัย

2. มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพครู

3. ถ้าเป็นชาวไทยภูเขาเผ่ากะเหรี่ยงจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

4. สามารถสอนที่โรงเรียนในถิ่นทุรกันดารได้

4. สำเนาใบประกอบวิชาชีพครู

6. ใบรับรองแพทย์

7. เขียนประวัติการทำงานที่ผ่านมาในกระดาษ A.4 หรือ หนังสือรับรองจากที่ทำงานเดิม,ใบประกาศนียบัตรอบรมอื่นๆ (ถ้ามี) และหนังสือรับรองจากคริสตจักรที่สังกัด (สำหรับผู้ที่นับถือศาสนาคริสต์)
