The Role
Asia Service Desk Manager will be supporting to provide specialist technical advice on one significant area or several related areas to support the delivery of global service desk operation, and if appropriate take responsibility for the organizational management of staff.
S/he will be responsible to provide a Single Point of Contact, at an operational level, for the delivery of ‘live’ IS services and maintain relationships with all business divisions and meet or exceed customer expectations in the delivery of IS services.

Excellent English communication skills and an ability to communicate technical directions in simple, clear language including management presentation in both speaking and writing
