Zoho CRM Manager

DESCRIPTION

The Asia Foundation (TAF) Thailand Office seeks to engage a remote consultant with experience in Zoho CRM systems to provide intermittent data entry and CRM management assistance on an as needed basis through 2023.

The Candidate will support a TAF team that is responsible for implementing a USAID project to:

• Manage a Zoho CRM database with regular updates
• Upload new data to the CRM system
• Respond to CRM-related information requests.
• Create and present data/stakeholder/contact results & insights on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Advise on and recommend new features that are available on the Zoho platform that would be useful for the TAF project team that are based in Bangkok and Beijing
• Work with TAF project team members, and troubleshoot issues as required.
• Act as a key responsible person for the Zoho CRM Database.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The Candidate must meet the following requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience in CRM systems and at least one year of experience with Zoho.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent English-language and communication skills and an ability to communicate credibly
• Based in Bangkok and must be able to work independently on an intermittent basis.
• Demonstrated success in running data and migrating metadata.
• Self-motivated, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

WORK BASE

The work base will be remote.
