Position available (urgent): Project Coordinator
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate project activities according to scientific objectives
- Establish and maintain effective communication with project partners and up-to-date plan for project activities, and internally between staff involved.
- Identify and monitor key activities to ensure successful completion of the project, and monitor quality.
- Monitor the progress of data collection and management, contribute to progress reports and ensure diffusion of the reports
- Organize in-person and remote meetings (with timely meeting reports), email correspondence or telephone conversations as needed.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor's degree or equivalent in nursing, medical technology, public health or other health related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in related field.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including when working remote from home.
- Good English speaking and writing skills.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Compensation
- There are significant responsibilities associated with this position. Salary will also depend on educational background and previous experience.
Training will be provided. Due to the current health crisis situation, we anticipate that there will be only few in-person meetings and the work will be essentially made remotely at least at the beginning of the employment.
