Pact Thailand: Office Renovation

Background:

Pact has been working in Thailand since 2006, creating lasting change by building the capacity of local institutions to improve people’s lives. Much of Pact’s efforts in Thailand have focused on people's livelihoods, and the sustainable management of natural resources.

Through USAID Green Invest Asia, Pact helps agriculture and forestry businesses in Southeast Asia improve their sustainable commodity production and manage environmental risks. The project is catalyzing private sector finance to upscale and drive investments in agriculture, forestry and other land use toward low emissions, yet profitable business models. Pact is currently looking for services to renovate the office space as per given redesign plan to enhance efficiency of its operation.

Objectives of the Assignment:

Pact Thailand is looking for professional company to renovate and repair of its office space of unit 1802, 18^th floor, 208 Wireless Road Building, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330. Pact will provide the approved renovation plan. The company shall be responsible for planning construction inconformity with national requirement for such operations.

Scope of works:

• Purchase / Order and deliver construction materials
• Renovate the following office space for Pact Thailand office as per approved floor plan
• Supply and installation of electrical and Local Area Network (LAN)
• Supply and installation of Ceiling, Flooring and Painting
• Supply and installation of the reception station (Project Logo)
• Supply and installation of the pantry

Technical Specification:

The total renovation area is 300 square meters. The technical specification and renovation plan will be provided to contractor 

Deliverables:

• Drawing construction layout
• Renovated office with complete necessary installation defined under scope of work (including flooring, painting etc.)
• Statement of completion with final payment invoice

Interest companies please download BOQ  and submit expected service cost to ThailandProcurement@pactworld.org  by February 7, 2020.

The companies will follow the approved floor plan design, which is attached to this TOR. If the company representative like to make a physical verification of the property, they may also visit the office making an appointment with Administration and Logistics Manager (Ms. Sukanya Utthiya).
