How can you make a difference?
The Programme Section, UNICEF Thailand Country Office (TCO) is seeking applications to a roster for individual consultants to provide technical support and collaboration to the local companies ensuring the smooth operation of the designed activities that relate to the Child-Rights in Business.
Background: In recent years UNICEF has been actively collaborating with business partners in promoting and supporting the Children Rights and Business Principles (CRBP) whereas the private sectors are increasingly interested in the business sustainability in response to the United Nations Sustainability Development Goals. UNICEF is therefore taking this opportunity as leverage to synthesise the Child-Rights in the business to raise the awareness and understanding of the private sector and ensure the sustainable process. In addition, the expansion of the groups of corporate will enlarge the numbers of companies to involve in Child-Rights activities. UNICEF believes that walking along with the corporate and providing the full guidance and support will bring mutual success in developing sustainability of Child-Rights in Business.
Work Assignment:
The successful consultant is required to undertake the following functions:
Work Schedule:
This is a call for consultants to be placed on the Roster valid for 2 years. Work schedules will be agreed with hiring manager.
End Product:
This is a call for consultants to be placed on the Roster, the end products will be defined upon specific task as following:
Estimated Duration of Contract: This is a call for consultants to be placed on the Roster. The duration of contract and necessary official travel will be upon agreement with hiring manager.
Qualifications or Specialized Knowledge/Experience:
