DAI (Thailand) Limited, an international consulting firm, is recruiting highly qualified and motivated persons to work on a new program in Thailand. The period of employment for these positions is for three years with possibility of extension. Positions are open to Thai Nationals only.

MONITORING, EVALUATION AND LEARNING OFFICER (BANGKOK)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the updating and implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan, and ensure indicators, evaluation methodology and data collection systems are appropriate and practical;
• Lead the design, contracting and implementation of monitoring surveys and research; and
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports on the progress and impact of activities.

Qualifications:

• University degree in relevant field, with academic qualifications in research and statistical analysis;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project monitoring and evaluation; and
• English and Thai fluency required.
