ActionAid Thailand is URGENTLY looking for

Retention Assistant (Call center)

Salary Range: THB 23,279 - 27,381 per month

Benefit: Performance bonus, Social security, Life insurance, Health and Accident insurance, provident fund and annual leave 21 days

Contract: one-year fixed term contract, with possibility of extension, subject to availability of funds

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

 

The Organization

ActionAid is an international organisation, working with over 25 million people in more than 40 countries for a world free from poverty and injustice. ActionAid Thailand (AAT) is part of the ActionAid International Federation and has been working with people and communities in Thailand for a decade addressing issues related to poverty, human rights, education, and women’s and youth’s empowerment.

 

The Position:

The position’s role is Assistant to the Fundraising Manager in administrative work and Coordination with Donors, potential Donors and External Agencies/suppliers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical specific

60% Support the Fundraising team as designated Call-Center staff, the touch point for incoming and out-going phone calls.

  • Manage Out-Going & In-coming calls:
  • Coordinate on the supporter Retention Database system relating to incoming and outgoing donor telecommunications/communications.

 

20% Develop Monthly Reports relating to Cancellations/Up Grades/Down Grades and Telemarketing Analysis Reports etc.

 

20% Support the Fundraising Manager and team on the day-to-day administrative work

  • Purchasing vouchers/documents etc.
  • Coordination with external Agencies by assisting in Marketing Support Materials
  • Coordinate and work with Suppliers for product sourcing, product development, production and pricing.
  • Support Fundraising team in database administrative management.
  • Handle distributions of materials and gifts to supporters via postal services and emails
  • Coordinate site visits for fundraisers and supporters etc.

 People Management

Effective work relationships with Donors, potential donors plus internal and external parties.

System, Policies and Procedures Management

  • Adhere/Comply with approved organisational policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain filing systems (soft and hard) to support the fundraising program so that they can be easily accessed and referred to.

 

Annual Planning and Budgeting

  • Provide administrative monthly specific reports and quarterly reports.

 

Monitoring and Evaluation and Reporting

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database in related fields and ensure that the data is captured in accordance with reporting and M&E requirement

 

Audit and risk management

  • Report any risk in own area of work that does not comply with organisation policy, procedures

 

Qualification & Experience

  • Thai nationalitywith good English communication skills in both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or other relevant area
  • Minimum of 3 years experiences in call center, office admin or secretarial
  • Fresh graduate student are welcome to join as trainee
  • Knowledge of procurement, travel and administrative tasks
  • Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Skill in Photoshop, Illustrator etc. is a plus.
  • Work on own initiative with minimum supervision
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Experience in Public fundraising is a plus
