TERMS OF REFERENCE
นักศึกษาฝึกงานจะเป็นผู้ริเริ่มทำโปรเจคพัฒนาระบบเลี้ยงแมลงเพื่อเป็นอาหารเลี้ยงสัตว์และรับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆ ที่ทีมส่งเสริมมอบหมายให้ระหว่างการฝึกงาน ซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับระยะเวลาและขอบเขตงาน ทุกโปรเจคที่ทำจะต้องมีการจดบันทึกและเก็บข้อมูล ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับโครงการ กิจกรรมที่ทำ ผลลัพท์ที่ได้ สื่อต่างๆ เช่น ภาพถ่าย วีดีโอ ภาพวาด เพื่อนำเสนอให้ทีมงานและสาธารณะบนเวปไซต์ของไร่ทอง ออร์แกนิกส์ ฟาร์ม ตามนโยบาย Open Source / Open Data
งานและหน้าที่รับผิดขอบเฉพาะ
- หาแนวทางเลี้ยงแมลงในระบบเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อเป็นอาหารสัตว์ เช่น หนอนแมลงวัน หนอนแมลงวันลาย หนอนนกยักษ์ ด้วง ปลวกและไส้เดือนในฟาร์มที่อีสาน
- หาตัวเลือกและเทคโนโลยีง่ายๆ ในการยกระดับระบบเลี้ยงแมลงให้เป็นระดับอุตสาหกรรม
- ช่วยในการพัฒนาสูตรอาหารแบบอินทรีย์สำหรับการเลี้ยงหมูและไก่
- ค้นหาแมลงพื้นบ้านชนิดอื่นๆ ที่สามารถเลี้ยงและแปรรูปมาเป็นอาหารสัตว์ได้
- ศึกษานโยบายของภาครัฐในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการใช้แมลงเป็นอาหารปศุสัตว์ในประเทศไทยและอาเซียน
- นอกจากนี้ นักศึกษาอาจต้องรับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆ ที่ทีมส่งเสริมมอบหมายให้ระหว่างการฝึกงานบางครั้งบางคราว
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีสาขากีฏวิทยา ชีววิทยา สัตวศาสตร์ และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการเลี้ยงแมลงและปศุสัตว์ขนาดเล็ก
- สามารถทำ prototype และเปิดรับที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ ทักษะใหม่ๆ เช่น การก่อประดิษฐ์เครื่องมือการเกษตร ระบบไฟฟ้า
- ทำงานได้เอง ไม่ต้องมีคนมาจู้จี้ แต่ก็ชอบทำงานเป็นทีมด้วย
- เป็นเจ้าโปรเจค ทำหลายๆ โปรเจคพร้อมกันได้ในเวลาเดียวกัน ไม่ต้องมานั่งปั่นคืนก่อนถึงเดดไลน์
- ฟังพูดอ่านเขียนภาษาไทยทและอังกฤษได้อย่างชัดเจน สื่อสารให้คนเข้าใจได้
TERMS OF REFERENCE
Interns at Raitong Organics Farm Co., Ltd. usually undertake several projects, depending on the available time and subject matter, in conjunction with other regular tasks that they may be asked to perform by their supervisor. Every project must include complete documentation (project description, activities, results, etc., incl. photos, etc.), which will be uploaded to the Raitong website as part of our Open Source / Open Data policy.
Specific tasks and responsibilities:
- Explore and implement various organic options for raising optimal yields of housefly maggots, BSFL, superworms, peanut beetles, termites, and earthworms in a farm setting in NE Thailand
- Explore the various low-tech processing options that can yield an industry acceptable result
- Assist in the development of feed formulation/supplementation/substitution for pigs and chickens
- Explore the use of other native insect species as animal feed, with options for husbandry and processing
- Undertake a policy review for the use of insects as livestock feed in Thailand and ASEAN
- In additional, the Intern may be expected to perform other work required by the management and department heads from time to time.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Undergraduate degree in entomology, biology, animal science, etc.
- Prior experience in raising insects and other micro-livestock successfully is preferred
- Ability to make prototypes, and be willing to learn new skills (fabrication, electronics, etc.)
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines
-Able to read/write/speak Thai and English, and able to communicate clearly in both languages
