Employee Assistance Program Project Manager

Full Time 40 hours p.w.

฿26,000 - ฿32,000 p.c.m

Bangkok Counselling Service provides EAP to companies in Bangkok and around Thailand. We are now looking for an EAP Project Manager to lead this exciting new service working alongside our therapists. You will be providing support to HR Managers and ensuring we are providing the quality service we are known for.

The EAP Project Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing all elements of EAP as an individual project for each company we work with.

The successful candidate will need to have the following 

• Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, management, marketing, or related subject. Psychology graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience working with people and ability to show a client centered outlook/ approach to work.
• Be energetic, motivated and enthusiastic.
• Be competent working alone as well as part of a team.
• Be a native Thai speaker equally comfortable working in English.Experience giving presentations, training events and or seminars
•  A good understanding of Employee Assistance its benefits for employees and companies   
• Able to prioritize tasks, plan & pre-empt a logical sequence of events.
• Be a problem solver, and be proactive in reaching goals.
• Be computer literate and confident using Microsoft office programs.
• Be a good time keeper, have a good memory and have basic math.
