Winrock International is seeking an individual/organization with expertise in photography/videography and experience working on social issues with local organizations/individuals, and whom is passionate about storytelling to, (1) capture stories of change, including the use of most significant change (MSC) methodology where appropriate, and (2) work with identified at-risk persons to build their capacity in capturing their own stories.

วินร็อค อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนลกำลังเสาะหาบุคคลหรือองคก์รที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการถ่ายภาพหรือถ่ายวิดีโอ และมีประสบการณ์ทำงาน ทางด้านสังคมร่วมกับองค์กรหรือบุคลากรระดับท้องถิ่น และรักในการเล่าเรื่อง เพื่อ (1) บันทึกเรื่องราวการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างๆ รวมไปถึง เรื่องราวการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญที่สุด (most significant change stories) และ (2) ทำงานกับบุคคลกลุ่มเสี่ยงเพื่อพัฒนาศกัยภาพใน การบันทึกเรื่องราวของตนเองได้ในอนาคต
