Winrock International (WI), the implementing partner of the USAID Thailand Counter Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) project, invites qualified offerors to submit proposals to conduct a Baseline Study in support of program implementation. USAID Thailand CTIP is a five-year project which aims to reduce TIP and better protect the rights of trafficked persons in Thailand.
