Regional HR & OD Senior Officer (Based in Bangkok)
Plan is an international humanitarian, child centred development organisation, implementing development programs that promote the realisation and fulfilment of children’s rights and the alleviation of child poverty.
Position: Regional HR & OD Senior Officer
Assignment Type: Permanent contract
Location : Based in Bangkok
Job background: The Regional HR&OD Senior Officer is responsible to provide the assistance to facilitate Humen Resources Management and Human Resources Development efforts of Plan International Regional Office to be in line with Thai Labour Laws and Plan’s policies and procedures. Also to ensure the contribution directly to the achievement of Plan Intretrnational Thailand and Human Resources Strategy as guide line by International Headquarter (IH) or Asia Regional Office (ARO).
Job purpose: Facilitate in recruitment and selection activities • Conduct orientation program to new RO staff. Building capacity of RO staff in term of competency as required by job requirement with regarding Plan’s policies or Global development • Facilitate Annual Performance Management System (PMS) • Analysis, Monitor and Implement the competitive package • Accurate payroll and related HR administration • Facilitate Timesheet in HRIS system • Coordinate with Finance and related departments for manpower costing •Ensure all of HR documents are strictly followed and prompt for auditing.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Citizen of Thailand • Five years’ experience in HR field • Minimum three years of demonstrated professional experience in HRM or HRD or similar position • Track record of participation, training, facilitation and awareness raising • Academic degree in relevant area • Strong team-building and facilitation skills • Excellent communication skills • Proficient computer skills • Fluent in written and spoken English • Experience working with NGOs is an advantage • Experience working with SAP or similar employee database system is an advantage.
