Supervise and manage administrative operations of a department
To develop and implement administrative operations and perform a broad range of administrative duties in order to promote the success of the office and increase its effectiveness in servicing for staffs, projects and company.
Manage and direct the activities of the staff in an administrative set-up.
Assist and support front desk management in handling visitors and clients.
Interact with other departments for employee well-being
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Essential requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years’ as administration manager
Proficient in MS Office
Strongly analytical mind with problem-solving skills
