ActionAid is an international organisation, working with over 25 million people in more than 40 countries for a world free from poverty and injustice. ActionAid Thailand (AAT) is part of the ActionAid International Federation and has been working with people and communities in Thailand for a decade addressing issues related to poverty,  human rights, education, and women’s and youth’s empowerment.

ActionAid Thailand is looking for highly skills and motivated Thai nationality with good English communication skills to fill the following position:

CD’s Support and Administration Officer

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Contract: Fixed term 3 months with possibility of contract extension

Role and responsibility

• provide support to Country Director of ActionAid Thailand (AAT)
• provides overall administrative and logistic support to all AAT staff and staff from other country programmes

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Administration or other relevant area
• Minimum of three years’ experience in administrative management and secretarial support, preferably in the NGO sector
• Knowledge of developing and implementing administration system policies and procedures for international organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent in computer skills
• Good in facilitation and negotiation
• Good understanding of normal practice in non-profit organizations
• Good at spoken and written English communication
