Purpose of the Consultancy

       The Tip Consultant   will be a technical focal point in improving knowledge management and resource accessibility and distribution to at risk populations. The incumbent will work with the project team to develop a Thailand specific  technical  resource package which will include training materials, multi-lingual information, Education and Communication and service directories, etc. per province for use by CSOs and Government  agencies.

Methodology and Expected Outputs

       The Consultant will be engaged in a series of short-term  technical   tasks according to  the needs of the project . For example:

1. Develop a work plan that indicates all training materials that are needed or need to be amended
2. Review previously gathered resources and suggested structure to discern/analyze which materials and sections are most relevant, useful and user-friendly for reaching the intended audience
3. Shape the overall content  and message quality of the resource pack based on the TOR, target audiences , their information needs and the relevant cultural, social and political context.
4. Develop a standardized format and style for all lesson plans in-line with target audiences capacity level in regard to human trafficking and location
