Background
Gender Transformative and Responsible Agribusiness Investments in South East Asia (GRAISEA) programme is a regional programme that intends to achieve improved livelihoods for women and men small-scale producers in the Southeast Asia region through more responsible and inclusive value chains and private sector investments and where women demonstrate economic leadership. It is funded by the Swedish International Development Agency. The programme works in ASEAN and its member countries: specifically Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Myanmar and Pakistan too. Implementation responsibility for GRAISEA lies with a Programme Management Unit. The Regional Finance Manager will support the team to process and report financial transactions, and to support GRAISEA Programme Management Unit and other related programme staff in managing/controlling financial risks and in making decisions.
Key Responsibilities
What we’re looking for
You will have university degree in Finance, Accountancy or any related field with at least five years of work experience preferably with an NGO managing the finance of a complex programme. You will have ability to influence and network with others to adopt new practices or change existing ones, good communication skill, as well as good command of computer software packages. Ability to work effectively with others influencing, supporting, following as required with competing demands and a commitment to the aims of Oxfam, equal opportunities and gender equity are also essential.
REMARK: This is a national hired post. We will be unable to provide visa and work permit to a non-Thai national.
