This post will be under the supervision of Hospitality Department. Our department is responsible for the management of ICRC premises, a team of domestic staff, as well as the ICRC office maintenance in Bangkok. The post also offers the possibility to punctually support our offices in Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam. Within this dynamic and international context, we are looking for Premises assistant to complete the team.
Job purpose
The position holder will have the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance of apartments and offices
- Track all premises related expenses
- Deal with suppliers and other external interlocutors
- Responsible for all premises related filings and statistics
- Supervision of the housekeeper team
- Manage inventory of the household items
- As a backup support Welcome functions in area of visa, hotel, car booking and seminars within Hospitality department
Your education and experience:
- University degree
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experiences in a similar function
- Building management experience is an asset
Competencies requirements:
- Strong service minded
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good command of spoken and written Thai and English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good Computer skills such as MS Office Words, Excels, Presentation, Internet
- Capacity to work independently and within a team
