Position :  Human Resources Director

 "Raks Thai Foundation, a non-profit development organization, is seeking a Human Resources Director to head the HR Department. The HRD will directly report to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will be an energetic person who will be tasked to focus on building team spirit, leadership and internal relationships. The HRD will lead the HR team and work with other departments in introducing effective performance management processes as well as motivational and inspirational tools. "

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or higher in human resource management, human resource development or related field.
• 5 -10 year experience in human resource management of an organization at senior management level.
• Fluent in Thai and English both in speaking and writing.
• A good balance between management procedures/systems and human resources development.
• A good knowledge of employment law and company policies relating to personnel and ability to handle disciplinary actions.
