The VRT unit in Bangkok is a young team of 3D artists and animators handling various humanitarian projects part of our innovation program. This position’s main responsibilities are to support the head of unit and the team in the creation of computer assisted and audio-visual training tools and interactive simulations for internal and external training and education purposes.
Job purpose
The position holder will:
- Work with project manager and 3D artists to design and implement various gameplay and UI systems
- Integrate plugins into Unreal Engine 4
- Develop new blueprints
- Assist in designing 3D assets/characters and their deployment into Unreal Engine
- Cooperate with programmers, 3D artists and animator in Thailand and abroad on various humanitarian projects
Selection requirements and experience
- University degree or equivalent
- Unreal Engine 4 experience including blueprints and C++ implementation
- Advanced C++ knowledge
- Have robust experience and knowledge in a variety of gameplay features and in video gaming
- Good in written and spoken English
- Comfortable working with externally developed code and plugins
