ActionAid is an international organisation, working with over 25 million people in more than 40 countries for a world free from poverty and injustice. ActionAid Thailand (AAT) is part of the ActionAid International Federation and has been working with people and communities in Thailand for a decade addressing issues related to poverty,  human rights, education, and women’s and youth’s empowerment.

ActionAid Thailand is expanding its operations and looking for highly skills and motivated Thai nationals with good English communication skills to fill the following positions:

Communications Consultant

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

The position assists to generate income and support from various stakeholders, especially from corporate, foundations, public and individual donors for ActionAid Thailand (AAT) through proactively raising the profile of AAT, including developing communication messages, media, stories, video clips, information packages, etc. to be published on newspapers, social media, etc.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor degree in Communications, PR, journalism or relevant field from a recognized institution
• At least seven year’s work experience in PR and communications, preferably an NGO
• Experience in working with the media and building and maintaining websites and social media accounts
