Contractual Status: Unpaid Internship Agreement (for a maximum of 6-months internship period)

Duties and Responsibilities
· Perform support to Digital Fundraising team; campaign marketing and visual content development, online database management, social influencer engagement and report, tele-marketing and email marketing database and report generating.
· Assist to UNHCR online presences development; content upload to website.
· Support PSP Donor Retention; perform donor care services such as prepare Thank You letters, report, response to general queries from donors and supporters, work with partners to serve donors’ requests.
· Provide any other supports to the PSP team. Qualification Requirements
· Thai National only
· Bachelor degree in Arts, Marketing, Business Administration or Mass Communication.
· Show keen interest on refugees and asylum seekers issues
· Excellent English & Thai reporting and drafting skills
· Computer literate
