Position Description

Epic Foundation (Epic) is seeking a highly motivated individual to take part in the work related to the selection and monitoring of NGOs and social enterprises around the world. The Portfolio Associate will work closely with the Director for Impact Monitoring and Research and under the supervision of the Executive Vice President and will be part of a growing team with colleagues in New York, London, Paris and Bangkok.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Impact Monitoring & Research in the production of materials on 30 portfolio organizations such as 2-­‐pagers and longer organizations’ profiles, portfolio overview, thematic and innovation-­‐focused reports to support Epic Development team’s fundraising
• Support the  Director  of  Impact  Monitoring  &  Research  in  the  production  of  biannual monitoring reports and ad hoc documents and information requested for donors’
• Support EVP and  Director of Impact Monitoring  &  Research in the creation  of  research products building on the Outlook report and lessons learned to share Epic’s knowledge through workshops and other
• Support EVP  and  Director  of  Impact  Monitoring  &  Research  in  the  development  and management of pro‐bono partnerships for finalist and portfolio

Required skills

• Master degree from relevant University (preferred areas of expertise: social development, international development, social entrepreneurship, finance)
• 1-­‐3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of design software such InDesign and/or Photoshop a plus
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong interest for philanthropy, social impact and the non-­‐profit sector
• Literate in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Ability to use emails and cloud storage software
• Highly motivated and professional
• Thai National

Compensation and contract duration: 50,000 THB/month

Office location: Walking distance from Phrom Phong BTS and/or Ashoke BTS/MRT.
