Introduction The 60 Plus+ Bakery & Cafe is a disability-inclusive initiative that provides on-the-job training opportunities for persons with disabilities in Thailand. It provides an accessible and inclusive environment for persons with disabilities to gain valuable vocational skills, which can support them to become professional bakers, shopkeepers and entrepreneurs. The initiative is implemented by the Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD) in collaboration with Thai Yamazaki, with support from the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security of Thailand, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, Government of Japan, United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), Thai Beverage, Nissan Motor (Thailand) and other partners, as part of the Incheon Strategy to “Make the Right Real” for Persons with Disabilities in Asia and the Pacific.

Job Description
- Manage coordination and communication with trainees and partners in the implementation of project activities;
- Manage the Skill Development Training for Empowerment of Thai Persons with Disabilities;
- Provide support to the processing and logistic arrangement of all orders with the Project Team with accuracy and timeliness;
- Respond to order requests from customers and inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems via telephone, fax, email and other social media in collaboration with other colleagues;
- Ensure the adequacy materials and services;
- Work with the Project Team for mobile sales unit management;
- Collaborate with other staff to estimate budget and identify trends in sales levels and products preference;
- Keep filing important documents and information up to date;
- Facilitate the recruitment and identify potential trainees with disabilities;
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events;
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies;

Work conditions
- Working Place: APCD Building, 255 Rajvithi Road, Rajthevi, Bangkok 10400;
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 08.30-16.30 Hours (Lunch break 12.00-13.00 Hours) in principle: it could be arranged upon the request from the supervisor.
- Holidays: According to APCD’s Work and Regulations.
- Salary: Depending on working experience

Requirements
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationship with persons with different backgrounds;
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours;
- At least 5 years of experience as manager or chief in bakery or cafe business;
- Relevant academic background; - Effective communication skills in Thai language
- Excellent team development and leadership skills;
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel; - Workable command in English as plus
