Context:
Under the general supervision of Senior Resource Management Officer and under the direct supervision of the Head of Human Resources Unit, the incumbent will be assigned the following duties and responsibilities:
Core Functions / Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in regard to document control in HR unit; perform general clerical support, and review incoming correspondences.
- Disseminate vacancy announcements internally and externally, including postings on the IOM local website and, if requested, arrange advertisements in local newspaper(s).
- Manage and maintain orderly filing of applications for respective vacancy announcements, unsolicited applications, internship applications, and other relevant documents.
- Respond to queries regarding vacancy announcements; establish contacts with candidates for interview; prepare case files for recruitment-related meetings; reserve meeting room(s) and equipment(s) for interview purposes.
- Ensure complete pre-employment documentation and formalities including establishment of for personnel file including coordination for medical clearance of new staff.
- Prepare monthly report of Daily contracts/hourly contracts.
- Responsible for creating and updating the PRISM HR data covering the areas of hiring.
- Issue visa request letters, certification of employment letters, and other related documents for staff members upon their request.
- Ensure issuance and renewal of IOM ID badges and office building passes while maintaining updated records of staff members.
- Coordinate with the UN Security Unit for the issuance of UN ground pass for IOM staff members and coordinate with IOM Deputy Security Focal Point concerning the smooth functioning of the UN SMS E-COMM System, ensuring that all IOM staff members are included in the system’s database and that records are up-to-date.
- Ensure complete separation clearance documentation and formalities upon separation of staff member; communicate to concerned units with regard to the return of IOM assets/property and clearance of outstanding charges; prepare necessary documents for separation clearance.
- Assist in planning and organizing training activities, including preparation of training materials and coordination.
- Serve as a backup in the issuance of contracts, personnel actions, and other related documents.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of HR-related reports for submission.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Thai National.
- University degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in HR management.
- Work experience with international organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision; personal commitment, efficiency, discreet, details oriented and willingness to learn new tasks, flexibility; good judgment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is required.
- Computer literate (MS Office applications) e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Outlook.
- SAP knowledge is a strong advantage.

Context:
Under the overall supervision of the Emergency and Post-Crisis Program Manager, the successful candidate will assist in implementing emergency health care and delivery and distribution of emergency material and services support for minority groups from Myanmar and other vulnerable migrants detained in Thailand at Immigration Detention Centres and Shelters for Women, Children and Families
Core Functions / Responsibilities:
- Support existing Immigration Bureau (IB) and Provincial Public Health Office (PHO) medical personnel at the IDCs and Shelters to conduct health check-ups for the minority groups from Myanmar and other vulnerable migrants detained in Thailand at Immigration Detention Centers and Shelters for Women, Children and Families;
- Support in screening for communicable diseases among new arrival;
- Ensure that the referral and treatment of urgent medical cases is addressed by identifying the available facilities and procedures;
- Liaise with the IB and PHO medical personnel and local hospital representatives to ensure the continued diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of urgent medical cases among the targeted beneficiaries;
- Regularly update individual case files;
- Assist in monitoring the procurement, delivery and/or installation of the materials and services, with a particular emphasis on the quality and effectiveness of the materials and services being provided to meet and exceed donor standards.
- Submit payment requests, receipts, etc. to the Administrative Assistant and Finance Officer in Bangkok in regards to the financial implementation requirements.
- Prepare expenditure report based on cash transactions on a regular basis.
- Report regularly to the project team in Bangkok on the progress of material and service support implementation, humanitarian needs, upcoming challenges, as well as on meeting outcomes and discussions with local counterparts.
- Ensure that the donor's visibility requirements are met and executed including any communications activities (e.g. press briefing, press notes, etc.) that may be requested.
- Update the Migrant Information Database (MIA) on a regular basis.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- University Degree in Nursing, valid licence to practise medicine, valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- At least 1 year experience in administrative field
- Experience in migration issues for non-governmental organizations international governmental organizations or government institutions
- Good writing and communication skills
- Computer literate.
Languages
Fluency in Thai and English is required.

Context:
Under the overall supervision of the Senior Resource Management Officer and direct supervision of the ITC Coordinator, the incumbent will be tasked to provide ITC support services to all users in IOM Thailand.
Core Functions / Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Provide end-user ITC support to all IOM staff in Thailand.
- Provide IT Technical Support for phone and video conferences, remote meetings include taking photo.
- Receive, test and setup ITC devices such as Computer, Smart phone, IP phone etc.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software required for the operations in the office (Windows, MS office, Antivirus, etc.)
- Provide training to end users on applications such as MS Office, Windows Operation system, and other IOM standard application software, etc.
- Maintain and update records as part of the Account Management of users, including account creating for new staff, up to the clearance for departing staff.
- Issue IOM ID Badge.
- Assist in updating content on IOM Thailand website such us vacancy notice and public documents.
- Prepare the purchase requisition and the payment request.
- Assist procurement unit in the purchases of IT equipment or IT related items.
- Assist in maintain IT Asset and inventory.
- Maintain and update records of IT equipment as part of the access control management.
- Filing the IT documents such as Account creation/updating/deletion form, Mobile Service request form
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Completed university degree in Computer Sciences or relevant field with specialized formal training on IT systems, business software (Microsoft Office) and web‐based application Valid Microsoft and/or Cisco Certifications an advantage (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, etc.).
- Minimum two years of relevant experience supporting medium sized offices in a Microsoft technology environment with relevant skills to support and troubleshoot desktop, laptop and network equipment and Microsoft Office applications, TCP/IP Networking, and Windows operating syste
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols and Ethernet cabling.
- Ability to work in a team environment; able to initiate and manage group studies to learn more about supporting the current infrastructu
