Roles and Responsibilities
- Support COP to process project activities, arrange assigned reports, including coordinate, control and monitor to be on plan.
- Experience in Technical Writing and Logical Frame is a must.
- Study and gather information for education report as assignment.
- Follow up and coordinate with CM, Sub grant and other relevant organizations in the project both local and oversea to ensure the activities will be processed on plan.
- Facilitate internal meeting with CM, Sub grant and other sub-organizations to discuss for the project progression.
- Join the meeting either education meeting or Sub grant meeting as assignment.
- Follow up budgeting expense and project evaluation as project plan.
- Other tasks as assignment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Health, Social science, Polical science, Humanity science or other relevant fields.
- Experience in NGO work at least 5 years.
- Having of project writing, reporting, research, analyzing, evaluating, project management and project monitoring and evaluation.
- Literacy in Microsoft Office and social media.
- Fluent in English
- Good attitude to work with MSM, TG, HIV, AIDs
