Job Summary:
He/she will be GPSEA’s engagement data-driven systems strategist, responsible for collecting data on the effectiveness of engagement and making that data useful to priority projects. You will expand indicators to monitor GPSEA’s engagement in the region and provide insight on data from various sources to improve our Programme work. He/she will play a significant role in translating data into valuable messages that can be used to further advance our objectives and support the engagement strategies for our projects.
The Data & Engagement Strategy Manager will combine their talent for numbers and their skill with analytical tools with outstanding communication skills to help Project Leads and Engagement Managers identify and act upon opportunities to improve outcomes for Greenpeace.
The Data & Engagement Strategy Manager will be tasked to Project Manage GPSEA’s Engagement Strategy. With strong influencing skills, s/he will work with key stakeholders to plan and execute its implementation and further refinement.
This is a full-time position based in either Manila, Bangkok or Jakarta. Citizens of Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia are encouraged to apply.
Key Duties
Educational Background & Fundamental Qualifications
Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
Field of Study: Preferably in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Research (or relevant industry experience)
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably involving User Experience, Statistical Analysis, Online Marketing, or similar fields

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE APPLYING TO THIS POST
WORKING HOURS
Normal hours of work for full time Employee will be forty (40) per week or (5) days in a week, at 8 hours per day excluding an hour lunch break. This will be from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am to 6: 30 pm. Ordinary hours of work may be varied as agreed between staff and the line managers.
LEAVE
A permanent employee will be entitled to the following leaves:
Annual Leave: 20 days
Sick Leave: 30 days
Parental Leave: As per labor laws and Greenpeace policy
Long Service Leave: 2 months paid leave after 5 years of continuous service
Compassionate leave: maximum of 5 days for the death of significant others
SALARY
In determining salary offer for this position, Greenpeace applies its Salary Grading Process, taking into consideration the job description and applicant’s previous experience, and the organization’s salary grade.
