Job Summary / Responsibilities:

Provides support to the data manager performing data entry for those sites that cannot enter data. Processes the CRFs being sent from the sites and communicates issues that may arise. Ensures data cleaning procedures of forms being sent in are complete and will communicate with the sites any problems that may arise.

1.Responsible for the filing of CRFs entered at the office.

- Ensures purchase of necessary supplies for filing (folders cabinets).

- Ensures access is restricted to study personnel

- Maintains accurate filing system.

2. Process CRFs being sent from the sites.

- Reviews CRFs for completeness.

- Reviews batch flow sheets to ensure all sent were received.

- Reconciles batches of data after data entry.

- Runs reports to ensure all CRFs sent from site have been entered.

- Performs QC from time to time on data to make sure entered accurately

- Coordinate QC with sites where data is entered at the sites.

3. Provides reports and feedback to the Data Manager.

- Maintains logs of when data are received and entered.

- Requests improvements to existing processes.

4.Performs other duties as assigned by the Data Manager.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

- BSc/BA with related course work and 0-3 years’ experience with data entry and medical record keeping;

- Must be able to read, write, and speak good English; fluent in Thai;

- Excellent administrative skills and organizational ability;

- Through knowledge of clinical data management tools such as Excel, Word, and Access;

- Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO).
