Established in 1998, Habitat for Humanity Thailand improves the quality of Thai people’s lives through building homes and transforming communities. HFH Thailand works with like-minded partners, focusing on holistic development and sustainable change to achieve a positive and lasting impact. By providing decent homes, HFH Thailand boosts a family’s economic and educational opportunities, improves health and social integration. According to the needs of the families and communities, HFH Thailand and its partners will facilitate job training; encourage home-based businesses, set up health centers, community centers and libraries, among others.

Since 1998 we offer a hand to low income Thais by providing decent housing and improving their quality of life.

We bring together people from all walks of life and across corporate and government sectors to work toward putting an end to poverty housing.

We provide immediate response and solution for natural disaster recovery.

To date, we have built, repaired and rehabilitated over 9,500 houses in Thailand helped over 38,000people all over Thailand.**information correct as of June 2013

We are present in 40 provinces in Thailand:• North : Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Kamphaeng Phet, Lampang, Lamphun, NakhonSawan , Phitsanulok , Sukhothai , Uttaradit and UthaiThani

Northeast : Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, Mukdahan,  Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Ratchasima, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Nong Khai, Roi Et, Sakon Nakhon, and Udon Thani

South : Chumphon, Krabi,    Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phang Nga, Phatthalung, Phuket, Ranong, Songkhla, Surat Thani, and Trang

Central : Ayutthaya, Bangkok, Chon Buri, Lop Buri, Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi, Rayong, Samut Prakan, Saraburi, and Sing Buri.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and engaging in local and international volunteer management

Developing local volunteer team to support the Foundation’s projects (Domestic Volunteer)

Finding volunteers through educational institutions, church groups and clubs

Welcoming volunteer team and participating in building houses

Coordinating with the related internal party in welcoming the volunteer team

Preparing reports/translating volunteer documents/analyzing and review operating systems and work process for continuous improvement

Coordinating and collecting both local and international volunteers’ evaluation

Requirements

Male / Female

Age 20-30 years/ New graduates are welcome to apply

Bachelor degree in any fields

Strong communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Thai

Outgoing sociable and excellent team player

Positive attitude, love traveling, and having a good understanding of voluntary

Willing to travel to the assigned destination

Able to drive with driving license would be advantage
