1) Field Coordinator 1 Position
Project : CHANEL, SWAROVSKI
(Chiang Mai Base)
Main tasks : Project management about empowerment, child development. Have skill in analytical planning of activities, monitoring, reporting. Work with project team.
1) Strategic plan: (10%) Develop, analyse, monitoring the strategic plan especially empowerment and/or social work of natural resource management
2) Project development: (10%) problem analysis and project writing
3) Main tasks: (50%)
- Responsible in assigned project
- Work on site, work with target group to increase capacity of group
- Training activity
- Budget monitoring
4) Evaluation the project success (15%) Report writing, analyse success level, corrective action, summary
5) Work with sub-grant (10%) - coordinate with outside organization in district to province level
6) Team management (if)
7) Communication, data, to communicate to outsider to know and support the project including fund raising (5%)
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Social Science, political science, business management, economics or related fields.
- Minimum of three to five year working experiences in project design, monitoring and evaluation, and budgeting.
- Oral and written proficiency in English and Thai, and computer literacy (especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and effective communication skills combined with problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated strengths in planning and organizational skills with the ability to think and act strategically in the design and execution of programs, and conceptualize complex issues, and strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work and travel independently.
- Wide interest in Environment issues.
