If your answer is YES, ChildFund Asia Regional Office wants you to be part of our team in the Asia Regional Office as an Administrative Officer.

Our Asia Regional Office is looking for an Administrative Officer to administrative coordination for the national office to include logistics, procurement, events management, coordination of office services, internal communications facilitation and technology support.  

ChildFund exists to help deprived, excluded and vulnerable children have the capacity to improve their lives and the opportunities to become young adults, parents and leaders who bring lasting and positive change in their communities. We work in 32 countries around the world, assisting approximately 15.2 million children and family members regardless of race religion or gender.

Qualifications/Experience/Education:

Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English

Good team player with positive, cooperative, flexible and service minded attitude

Ability to handle multi-tasking, problem solving and planning skills

Matured and proactive in working style

Ability to work independently and willing to learn new approaches and technologies

Demonstrated high-level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills with sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, social and political issues

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
