Job Title: Resource Development Supervisor (CSR Projects and Corporate Donors)

 

Location: Bangkok – Hybrid work arrangement, with travel to upcountry areas as required.

Reports To: Resource Development Director

Underline staff: Resource Development Executive

Type of contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Resource Development team to achieve fundraising targets and organizational goals.
  • Design and execute resource mobilization strategies (fundraising, partnerships, grants, CSR/ESG collaborations, and corporate engagement).
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with donors, corporate partners, foundations, and stakeholders to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Identify new funding opportunities, including digital fundraising, campaigns, and innovative financing models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align resource strategies with program needs and organizational priorities.
  • Lead proposal development, donor reporting, and impact storytelling aligned with donor requirements.
  • Utilize data, CRM systems, and analytics to track performance, donor engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Monitor market trends, ESG/CSR priorities, and sector developments to strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements, contracts, and organizational policies.
  • Act as a second-line leader or manager when required, ensuring operational continuity.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Resource Development, Fundraising, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in proposal writing, donor management, and partnership development.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills (experience with CRM/tools is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) is a plus.
  • Valid driving license is a plus.
  •  Good general health.
