Duty Station: Division of Epidemiology, Ministry of Public Health, Nonthaburi
Salary: THB 45,000–50,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience

The Senior Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of regional public health and health-security projects. The position will work closely with ASEAN Member States, the ASEAN Secretariat, donors, technical experts, and other regional and international partners.
Lead project work planning, implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of regional activities.
Coordinate regional meetings, workshops, training activities, and stakeholder consultations.
Liaise with ASEAN Member States, the ASEAN Secretariat, donors, technical experts, and partner organizations.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and expenditure in coordination with the project and finance teams.
Support compliance with donor requirements, agreements, organizational procedures, and reporting timelines.
Prepare project documents, meeting records, presentations, correspondence, and other technical or administrative materials.
Prepare high-quality monthly, quarterly, annual, and activity-based progress reports.
Identify implementation challenges and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
Undertake other project-related duties assigned by the project leadership.
Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Epidemiology, International Health, International Relations, Public Policy, Project Management, or a related field.
At least five years of relevant experience in project management, regional coordination, public health, health security, or international development.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects involving multiple countries, government agencies, donors, or international partners.
Experience with ASEAN or other regional and international coordination mechanisms would be an advantage.
Experience in proposal development, donor reporting, budget monitoring, and project documentation.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and produce high-quality outputs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration platforms.
Standard working days are Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 16:30.
Daily attendance recording is required.
Flexibility may be required for official travel, regional meetings, workshops, and activities conducted outside normal working hours, including occasional weekends or public holidays.
Domestic and international travel may be required according to project needs.
