Destiny Rescue is a global NGO that has supported the rescue of more than 24,000 individuals from sexual exploitation and human trafficking. Our Counter-OSEC Program works to detect, identify and rescue children subjected to online sexual exploitation, and to strengthen the ability of law enforcement and government partners to do the same.

In Thailand this work is delivered in collaboration with the Scientia Program, co-founded by Destiny Rescue International. Scientia operates the VISTA Hub, Thailand’s collaborative counter-OSEC victim identification center.

The program is restructuring and expanding. This is a newly created position in the Global Counter-OSEC Hub.

The Global Counter-OSEC Director’s portfolio spans rescue, strategy and operations. As Executive Assistant you will manage the operational rhythm of that role — diary, travel, incoming communications, briefing materials and follow-up actions — so the Director can operate at a strategic level.

You will be the first point of contact for staff, partners and stakeholders seeking access to the Director, coordinate scheduling and information flow across the Director’s functional clusters, and prepare reports, presentations and briefing papers for executive leadership, donors and external partners. You will also provide administrative and logistical support to OSEC operations during periods of high operational intensity, without accessing case-sensitive material.

• Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a senior administrative role supporting a senior leader in a complex organization.
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment in managing a senior executive’s time, priorities and communications.
• Ability to communicate professionally and with discretion on behalf of a senior executive, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to anticipate the Director’s needs, identify issues before they escalate, and resolve day-to-day problems independently within agreed parameters.
• Advanced Google Workspace skills — Docs, Sheets, Slides — and confidence managing calendars and communications across multiple time zones.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Thai.
• Working knowledge of cross-cultural communication in an international organization.
• Willing and able to work within a Christian context and Destiny Rescue’s mission and values.
• Completion of, or willingness to obtain, a National Criminal History Check.

Experience in a not-for-profit, NGO or mission-driven organization would be an advantage but is not required.

This is a position of trust at the center of a program that works on one of the fastest-growing forms of child exploitation. The OSEC portfolio is sensitive, fast-moving and international, and the Director’s ability to stay ahead of it depends on the person holding this role.
