Join Us as an ICT Coordinator
Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand | Travel: Up to 25% as required | Report to: Head of Logistics | Status: Full-time (1-Year Renewable Contract)

CPI is seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented ICT Coordinator to strengthen and maintain our organization's ICT infrastructure and provide reliable technical support to staff across our programs and operations. In this role, you will help ensure that our systems, networks, and digital tools operate securely and efficiently, enabling our teams to deliver meaningful impact to the communities we serve.
As the ICT Coordinator, you will work closely with the Logistics team, HQ ICT team, and colleagues across the organization to maintain ICT systems, strengthen cybersecurity, support users, and continuously improve our technology environment.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and maintain the organization's ICT infrastructure, including computers, networks, printers, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other ICT systems.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for staff, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Monitor ICT systems, strengthen information security, perform regular maintenance, and coordinate system upgrades and backups.
- Support user account management, onboarding, and ICT setup for new staff, while working closely with HR and Administration.
- Maintain ICT asset inventories, documentation, software licenses, and equipment records to ensure effective asset management.
- Deliver user training and guidance to improve staff confidence in using ICT systems and digital tools.
- Coordinate with HQ ICT, external vendors, and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement technology improvements.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of ICT policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational efficiency and information security.
Regular Responsibilities
- Support in the use of computer hardware, software and specialized technology or operates the multi-platform computer environment.
- Installation and repairing hardware, software, operation system and peripherals.
- Provide basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g. laptop, desktop, printer, router, etc.), and testing computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software problems.
- Provide in installation, operation and maintenance of computer system and other technologies such as communication systems.
- Provide daily ICT operation support for computer users.
- Providing ICT support to country offices if required.
- Cooperation with HQ - ICT for the regular backup of critical information.
- Performing other related duties as assigned or as necessary.
- Set up new email addresses, groups and by using Google Workspace.
- Monitor the various ICT systems to guarantee the least downtime and take the right action with every technical issue using suitable tools.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems remotely when required.
Capacity Building and Supporting other Staff
- Provide technical advice on all ICT matters.
- Provide staff training and familiarization of all ICT systems.
- Provide technical assistance for using Google Workspace system.
- Responding in a timely manner to ICT related service issues and requests.
- Identify and learn the system, software and hardware used and supported by the organization and partners.
Operations and Administration
- Provide in network and security management technologies and cooperation with ICT Coordinator in data storage architecture.
- Provide in system updating and monitoring including patch management, spyware removal and testing, virus checking, ensuring backup of data files, etc.
- Supporting staff on boarding and provide immediate orientation.
- Maintaining Local Area Network (LAN and Wireless LAN) to ensure that the network supports Internet, operating systems, databases, documents, resources and data files.
- Maintain the proper storage of inactive ICT assets (computers, printers, UPS’s, etc.) and update the list of the hardware and software by quarterly.
- Perform inventories and usage monitoring of all ICT assets and record all changes and physical locations.
- ICT equipment and application software support for meetings and workshops.
- Management and maintenance of equipment and applications associated with the organization’s email system.
- Cooperation with HR team for creation of new user accounts email and formatting of resign user account email and with Admin team for allocation of ICT related assets.
- Liaison with vendors, suppliers and consultants to determine users’ requirements, execute projects, set standards and ensure quality, performance and users’ silicification.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant/specific field.
- Higher Level Certification in ICT
- At least 3 years working experience in Information Technology field with prior experience in IT support.
- Experience with Google Workspace system.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft 365.
- Must have excellent knowledge of current technologies available in IT world.
- Previous experience with networking, ICT system, computer and printer maintenance and repairing.
- Experience and/or knowledge of various networking system concepts including email, firewall, cybersecurity, network protocol, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism
- Understand and able to provide clients’ satisfaction
- Possess good communication skills.
- An ability to prioritise and delegate.
- Good command of English (spoken and written), including the ability to manage English documentation andcommunicate with international colleagues and stakeholders and good Thai command is preferred.
