ROLE Description

Kenan Foundation Asia is seeking an agile and dynamic professional for the position of Consultant to join our newly established business unit. This role focuses on implementing projects and ensuring deliverables achieve their defined impact. The Consultant will navigate multi-stakeholder environments, develop impactful content, deliver training interventions, and compile comprehensive project reports. Because this is a pioneering unit, specific project assignments and specialized tasks will be determined dynamically as the unit's portfolio expands. This position is Full Time with fixed term (1 Year Contract) with possibility to extend.

key responsibilities

1.  New Business Unit Establishment: Act as a foundational team member in pioneering, setting up, and scaling the operational workflows, internal processes, and initial project pipeline for Kenan’s newly established business unit.

2.   Project Implementation: Lead and deliver standard project activities, including proposal writing, need assessment, capability building, and M&E. Manage budget to ensure balancing of optimization of budget use and impactful program. Generate high-quality project reports and synthesize data into meaningful insights.

3.  Stakeholder Management: Effectively engage, coordinate, and manage relationships across diverse groups (government agencies, corporate partners, and local community leaders). Build strong networks to ensure client satisfaction and retention

4. Business development/Brand Development: Lead or take part of proposal development by conduct searching and provide quality information that meet all aspects of the requirements

5. Content Development & Training: Design and curate engaging training materials, toolkits, and educational modules tailored to target beneficiaries, while actively facilitating high-impact workshops and capacity-building sessions.

Qualifications

·  Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in relevant field.

·    Prior experience working within a non-profit organization, international NGO (INGO), or social enterprise is a strong advantage.

· Proven ability to navigate and handle complex multi-stakeholder environments (Government, Corporate, and Local Community levels).

·       Good interpersonal skills and good teamwork

•   Good/Excellent in English
