The Role
This is primarily a coordination and marketing role with two key focus areas:

- Network & Stakeholder Coordination: Formalizing the network agreement, managing member engagement, and supporting venue transition.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage SEO, social media, content, and digital campaigns; track and report on KPIs
- Engage tourism platforms, travel media, and partners to expand EFN's reach
- Lead the development and finalization of the EFN network agreement (MOU)
- Facilitate member consensus on welfare principles and strengthen network governance
- Manage stakeholder relationships with government agencies and tourism bodies
- Deliver at least one annual EFN strategy forum
- Manage the project budget and support fundraising efforts as needed
- Provide supporting input to the elephant venue transition pipeline
Key Deliverables
- Consumer-facing EFN website launched with measurable growth in traffic, engagement, and bookings
- EFN MOU finalized and implemented
- Structured engagement established with key government and tourism stakeholders
- At least one annual EFN strategy forum delivered
- Measurable increase in EFN network engagement and industry positioning
- Supporting input to the elephant venue transition pipeline
Who We Are Looking For

- Proven experience in digital marketing, consumer outreach, SEO, or campaign management
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering against KPIs
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives including government and industry partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Thai is an advantage)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid environment
Note: Animal welfare expertise is not required — technical knowledge will be provided by the team. We are hiring for coordination and marketing strength.
