Join Us as Senior Program Manager (Localization)

Location: Chiang Mai | Status: Full Time | Report to: Technical Director

Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Localization) who will be based in Chiang Mai, Thailand and is responsible for leading the technical framework for REACH’s localization efforts. By identifying best practices and overcoming operational challenges, this role empowers local partners to take the lead in health and humanitarian work. Supported by the Technical Director, the Senior Program Manager serves as the primary focal point for donor and partner relations concerning localization strategy and implementation. This position will report to Technical Director.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Development Studies, or Public Policy, with a demonstrated focus on health systems strengthening and localization strategies
• At least 8 years’ experience working in fields of public health research, organizational development, cross cutting themes or other relevant fields
• Having experience working with ethnic and community based local organizations in conflict affected area of Myanmar
• Confidence in English Language
• Strong knowledge of Google workspace, Microsoft Office applications and other information technology skills
• A burning passion for REACH’s mission, and a commitment to improve the health and well-being of people in Myanmar
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to establish priorities in a time sensitive environment and meet deadlines with strong attention to consistency, detail, and quality
• Experience directly leading organizational capacity assessments and building development plans
