One-Day Volunteering Activities for AGODA TH Employees

1. Background

AGODA TH is committed to promoting environmental conservation through volunteering activities initiatives. As part of this commitment, we are organizing one-day volunteering activities that allow employees to actively contribute to sustainability efforts. To facilitate this initiative, we are seeking a professional organizer to design and execute a series of meaningful, engaging, and impactful activities.

2. Objective

The objective of this program is to provide AGODA TH employees with the opportunity to participate in hands-on conservation activities that align with our environmental goals.

The selected organizer will be responsible for designing and implementing two separate one-day volunteering sessions at designated locations, ensuring a well-structured, engaging, and seamless experience for all participants. Each session should be tailored to accommodate the specific group size and site context, while maintaining high standards of safety, impact, and participant experience.

3. Scope of Work

The selected organizer will be required to:

• Organize and execute two volunteering sessions:
  • One session for 30 participants at Khaonampu Nature and Wildlife Education Center
  • One session for 80 participants at Samroiyot Beach
• Ensure all activities are logistically feasible, allowing participants to travel to and from the locations within the same day.
• Provide all necessary materials, facilitators, and logistics required for successful implementation.
• Propose competitive and cost-effective plans, demonstrating innovation, sustainability, and impact.

4. Selection Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Relevance and potential impact of the proposed activities in supporting environmental conservation.
• Feasibility of implementation, including logistics that enable participants to travel to and from the sites within a single day.
• Capacity to accommodate the required number of participants, specifically:
  • 30 participants at Khaonampu Nature and Wildlife Education Center
  • 80 participants at Samroiyot Beach
• Cost-effectiveness and overall competitiveness of the proposal.
• Proven experience in organizing similar CSR or environmental initiatives.

5. Submission and Deadline

Interested organizers are invited to submit their proposals, including:

• A detailed activity proposal with descriptions of the four proposed activities.
• An implementation plan and timeline for the three sessions.
• A budget breakdown with cost estimates for each session.
• A portfolio of past relevant projects and experiences.
• Submitted Within 10^th  April 2026 via email to pBaikwang@wwf.or.th and procurement@wwf.or.th with the subject line “One-Day Volunteering Activities for AGODA TH Employees”

6. Conclusion
