Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative professional for the role of Partnership Officer in SRP’s Partnerships for Scale unit, working as part of the SRP Global Secretariat team.

The Partnerships for Scale unit is responsible for expanding the adoption of the SRP Standard by building strategic partnerships, strengthening national and regional coalitions, and catalyzing collaborative initiatives that support sustainable rice production at scale. The unit works across governments, development agencies, research institutions, and private sector actors to align efforts, mobilize resources, and translate successful initiatives into scalable models that benefit rice farmers, markets, and the environment.

As a newly established function within SRP, the unit plays a critical role in shaping how partnerships and collaboration can drive systemic change in the rice sector. It serves as a bridge between SRP’s standards, knowledge, and capacity-building work and the institutions that can implement and scale these solutions in practice.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a newly established unit that sits at the center of SRP’s efforts to scale impact globally. The Partnership Officer will work with leading organizations across government, research, development finance, and the private sector while helping to identify collaboration opportunities and support initiatives that advance sustainable rice production. The position offers strong opportunities to learn, engage with diverse stakeholders, contribute ideas, and occasionally represent SRP in relevant meetings, forums, and conferences.

The Partnership Officer will support the Partnerships Manager in developing and maintaining SRP’s partnership network, identifying and advancing collaboration opportunities, and supporting initiatives that enable the SRP Standard to be adopted at scale.
