Join Us as Grants and Compliance Coordinator
Location: Chiang Mai | Status: Full Time | Report to: Senior Grants and Compliance Manager
Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Grants and Compliance Coordinator who will be based in Chiang Mai and is responsible for ensure a timely and efficient management of the full Grants lifecycle, from proposal development to project closure. This role collaborates with program and finance teams to develop proposals, finalize documents and budgets, conduct due diligence, and ensure compliance through regular monitoring and partner support visits. This role tracks partner reports, update the grant tracker monthly, strengthen adherence to grants management procedures and tools, and prepare required management reports. This position will report to Senior Grants and Compliance Manager.
