What you will do

With entities in Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, and now Thailand, we specialize in employment services, recruitment, payroll and accounting, immigration support, and company setup assistance. Known for our exceptional customer service and commitment to excellence, we are dedicated to simplifying operations for our clients, allowing them to focus on growth while we handle the complexities of local compliance. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Accountant to join our expanding team, ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and values variety in daily responsibilities. You will work as the main point of contact for all Accounting matters related to the Thailand office.  

• Sales & Purchases invoice management, and bank reconciliation.
• Record and update data on the internal accounting system
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly tax returns (PIT, CIT, VAT, WHT)
• Perform and review monthly and annual accounting works for Clients; (AR- AP reconciliation)
• Prepare or review other compulsory reports and work with related authorities when required.
• Prepare and review financial statements and work with the auditor, and tax inspector for the related issues (if any)
• Prepare and review monthly payroll, salary, and withholding tax calculation
• Prepare and review documentation to complete social insurance procedures, and Provident Fund (if any)
• Support company registration and compliance.
• Communicate directly to clients for daily tasks in English and Thai.
• Support the internal team for the ad-hoc tasks. 

The gross salary offered is negotiable, depending on your qualifications and experience.

What you are good at

You should have the following skills and attributes:

• Experience in Accounting processing
• General knowledge of bookkeeping, tax regulations, and accounting principles under Thai Tax Law is a plus
• Good understanding of tax regulations, and accounting regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (a plus).
• Native Thai, and good at English
