About the position

We are seeking an experienced Campaigns Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading both short- and long-term campaign strategies and implementations in Thailand to persuade companies to adopt cage-free policies.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Planning both short- and long-term campaign strategies to persuade companies to adopt cage-free policies in their supply chains.
• Organizing online and offline campaigns, including peaceful street actions, to advocate for companies to adopt cage-free egg policies in their supply chains.
• Traveling nationally, as necessary, to meet contacts and organize campaigns.
• Building alliances with other international and/or grassroots NGOs.
• Representing Sinergia Animal and its campaigns at public events and within the NGO and animal protection communities at large.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess most, if not all, of the following qualities, skills, and characteristics:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Publicity, Marketing, Journalism
• Strong background in running campaigns.
• Excellent research skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and in close coordination with a remote team.
• Must be able to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong time management skills.
• Commitment to the mission and objectives of the organization.
• Commitment to non-violent direct actions.
• Affinity for animal rights issues and a vegan lifestyle is highly desirable.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong team player
