Join Us Finance Officer

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand | Travel: Frequent Travel to Project Area|

Status: Independent Contractor

Are you a finance professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Finance Officer who will be based in Chiang Mai and is responsible for supporting REACH’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational policies, and supporting accurate budgeting and reporting across projects and partner organizations. The role provides technical assistance towards financial guidance to staff and partners, monitors budget monitoring, and supports audits and donor reporting. This position will report to Finance Coordinator.

What We’re Looking For: 

• B. Com/ B. Act or University degree and a diploma in Accounting Finance or related field
• At least two years’ experience in related positions. Project financial management experience is preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Burmese (preferable)
• Demonstrated experiences in program management, stakeholder management, and team management skill.
• Competence in using information technology, word-processing, spreadsheets and PowerPoint software.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to NGO work is an advantage.
