Position: Transition Coordinator

Location: Mae Sot, Tak Province

Contract: 6 months (with possible extension)

Compensation: Monthly professional fee only (no benefits)

About CCSDPT

The Committee for Coordination of Services to Displaced Persons in Thailand (CCSDPT) is a network of humanitarian agencies working with the Royal Thai Government to support displaced persons in nine temporary shelters along the Thai–Myanmar border.

Role Overview

The Transition Coordinator facilitates the transition of eligible displaced persons to formal employment outside temporary shelters. The role supports coordination, data management, reporting, and communication among CCSDPT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate information sharing across CCSDPT members.
• Support working groups and sub-committees with technical coordination.
• Lead cross-sectoral meetings and ensure effective information flow.
• Prepare reports, updates, presentations, and SITREPs.
• Collect indicators and maintain secure data records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in coordination or humanitarian roles.
• Strong communication skills in Thai & English.
• Knowledge of Karen or Burmese is an asset.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• This position is open to Thai nationals only.
