We are looking for a passionate Program Trainer II to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that strengthen leadership and youth development across our church partners in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full training process: design, contextualize, and deliver learning modules.
• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions for church partners.
• Focus on youth leadership development, mentorship, and strengthening church leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with national learning strategies.
• Travel up to 50% across Northern and Eastern Thailand

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in training, preferably in NGO or development sector.
• Skills: Strong facilitation, instructional design, and communication skills.
• Language: Thai fluency required; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Other: Familiarity with church culture and values; ability to connect with people.
• Location: Office-based in Chiang Mai.
