Workforce MEAL Assistant for the youth employment program
Save the Children Thailand
Background
Save the Children Thailand is implementing the Youth Employability Project in Bangkok to empower local youth through vocational training, life skills development, and improved access to decent employment opportunities. The project aims to address systemic barriers to youth employment in Thailand by working closely with local partners, vocational institutions, and the private sector.
The Workforce MEAL Assistant will provide essential support to the MEAL Technical Expert and Research, Evaluation, and Learning Coordinator in the coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of the overall REALM activities for Bangkok Programme, with the particular focus on youth employability programme. The role includes coordinating with the Program team, supporting data collection for monitoring and key assessment, documentation and maintaining of database, ensure accountability system, contributing to program learning. The Workforce MEAL Assistant will also work closely with Project Officer to support monitoring, learning, and continuous improvement of the program.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Measurement and Evaluation, Research, or a field(s) relevant to development work.
· Thai Nationality
· Demonstrated ability to use MS-Office (in particular Excel).
· Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data analysis software would be an asset
· Knowledge and experience other Technology for Development or IT would be an asset
· Proficiency in Thai and English, both verbal and written.
· Demonstrated report writing skills.
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Quickly adapt to new topics, grasp concepts on the go, and synthesize information efficiently.
· Ability and willingness to travel domestically as assigned
