Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand | Work Condition: 100% Onsite and Up to 50% on field travel Status: Full-time (1-Year Renewable Contract)

Empower Program (EP) is seeking a Program Coordinator (Education and Mental Health) to lead and manage initiatives that foster education and mental well-being within partner communities.

In this role, you will:
 ✅ Lead and manage education programs aimed at building human capital and supporting community development.
 ✅ Oversee and strengthen mental health support activities for communities, partner organizations, and staff.
 ✅ Collaborate closely with local partners to ensure effective implementation, learning, and sustainability.
 ✅ Contribute to Empower Program’s mission of promoting holistic community well-being and capacity strengthening.

Community Partners International (CPI) is a U.S. nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities in Asia to meet their essential health, humanitarian and development needs. Founded by U.S. doctors in 1998, the organization has grown to serve more than one million people each year. Community Partners International focuses on helping communities affected by conflict, violence, and displacement, in remote and hard-to-reach contexts, and marginalized by poverty and exclusion.

What We’re Looking For:

      Bachelor’s degree in Health or Development or other relevant fields; Master’s degree is preferable.

      Proven experience in program coordination, particularly in health-related and education programs at least two years of working experience.

      Strong skills in planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

      Excellent communication, partnership-building, and collaboration abilities.

      Experience in scholarship or alumni program management is an advantage.

      Proficiency in training development and delivery.

      Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

      Good knowledge of written and spoken English is essential.

      Demonstrated experience in mentorship, coaching, training, and capacity building.

      Good communication and facilitation skills.

      Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

      Ability to establish priorities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines with strong attention to consistency, detail, and quality.

      Comfortable working with a variety of partners and navigating complex relationships.
