Empower Program (EP) is seeking a Program Coordinator (Education and Mental Health) to lead and manage initiatives that foster education and mental well-being within partner communities.

In this role, you will:
 ✅ Lead and manage education programs aimed at building human capital and supporting community development.
 ✅ Oversee and strengthen mental health support activities for communities, partner organizations, and staff.
 ✅ Collaborate closely with local partners to ensure effective implementation, learning, and sustainability.
 ✅ Contribute to Empower Program’s mission of promoting holistic community well-being and capacity strengthening.

What We’re Looking For:

●      Bachelor’s degree in Health or Development or other relevant fields; Master’s degree is preferable.

●      Proven experience in program coordination, particularly in health-related and education programs at least two years of working experience.

●      Strong skills in planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

●      Excellent communication, partnership-building, and collaboration abilities.

●      Experience in scholarship or alumni program management is an advantage.

●      Proficiency in training development and delivery.

●      Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

●      Good knowledge of written and spoken English is essential.

●      Demonstrated experience in mentorship, coaching, training, and capacity building.

●      Good communication and facilitation skills.

●      Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

●      Ability to establish priorities in a time-sensitive environment and meet deadlines with strong attention to consistency, detail, and quality.

●      Comfortable working with a variety of partners and navigating complex relationships.
